Linda Colie Learning

Metro Cleaners is a residential cleaning service conceptualized in 2019 with fellow Instructional Designer Georgiana Patrichi at George Mason University.  They experienced a decrease in income coinciding with an increase in negative online reviews.  We designed brief training sessions as refreshers of cleaning procedures for specific areas of bathrooms. Since then, I have collaborated on a proposal and project management plan and independently created a business case for their training needs. Below are several artifacts from those projects: a job aid, risk table, and evaluation.
